Buffalo Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

1 head Cauliflower cut into florets

1 cup flour

1 cup water

1 Cup Frank’s Wing Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet.

  2. Mix flour and water in a bowl

  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture and remove any access

  4. Bake on lined baking sheet for approximately 25 minutes, or until the inside is tender and outside is crispy

  5. Coat in buffalo sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes
