Hi, I'm Lonnie—a data-driven social impact leader, higher education professional, professor, arts educator, and administrator with more than a decade of experience designing transformative learning experiences for visual and performing arts students from high school through graduate education. Holding an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from NYU, I have partnered with institutions including Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Carnegie Hall, Columbia University, CalArts, MICA, and Pratt Institute to develop career-focused curricula, strengthen college and workforce pathways, and create programs that help emerging artists thrive. My work sits at the intersection of arts education, identity development, and professional readiness, combining culturally relevant teaching, strategic program design, and measurable impact. Whether supporting students, educators, or institutions, I serve as a creative thought partner dedicated to building learning experiences that are rigorous, inclusive, and socially impactful. I look forward to working with you!
